MOG / F & W Group long experience in erection of Skid Mounted Crude Refinery goes back to

1975 when the company founders were working on the fabrication  and erection of what used to be

called the Packaged Units of 10,000 BPSD atmospheric distillation of crude oil.

The fabrication experience of the MOG /F & W Group extends to Oil Field Surface equipment

such as Desalter / Dehydrator vessels, Manifolds, Gas Separators and Degassers.

Oil Field Development

• Crude Oil often contains unwanted sediments, water and salts at the well head are most efficiently removed by the use of an electrostatic Dehydration / Desalting system.
• The scheme varies depending on the quantity of water formation associated with the Crude Oil and the treated crude specifications. Processed water is injected into Electrostatic Desalting and / or Dehydration Vessel. 98 – 99% salt removal can be expected for most crude. Backed by the 30 years experience of United Co. for Mechanical and Electrical Industries, MOG / F & W Group specializes in the design of packaged oil and gas separators, degassers, deslaters and dehydrators for all oil field applications.
• Equipment are designed  to suit each process and supplied either as bare vessels, heaters with internals or as complete skid mounted packages with varying capacities up to 150,000 BPSD at varying pressures up to 75 bars
